• Western Union is the world’s largest money transfer network
• You can trust Western Union to send your money in a matter of minutes to friends, family or colleagues
• To send money simply walk into one of our offices and fill out a short form
• If you are sending more than £600 you will need photo ID with you
• Then give us the form with the cash, plus a small transfer fee
• The transfer fee depends on the amount of money you are sending, where it is going to, and how urgent it is
• The standard service is "money next day" but you can specify "money in minutes" for urgent transfers  
• We can let you know what the fee is before you commit to the transaction 
• The Western Union money transfer service is fully computerised and is priced and processed immediately
• Each transaction is monitored using a Money Control Number (MCN) which you give to the recipent
• Your recipient can then go to any Western Union office of his/her choice, complete a short form, show some acceptable ID and receive the money in the currency of your choosing
